BANKING OPERATIONS

The CoBank Operations Division supports the dependable delivery of loans, leases and innovative financial services to customers across the country. Once loans get initial approval, our team goes to work.

Nearly 15 percent of CoBank associates work in operations. Together, we have responsibility for all remaining aspects of the loan process. We take pride in conducting business with a commitment to excellence in service for our customers and internal partners.

The operations team also supports enterprise-wide change initiatives with process and application solutions. Career opportunities in this area are generally in Denver for loan operations, and Minneapolis for leasing operations, and can include:
