COLLEGIATE RELATIONSHIPS

As part of our corporate social responsibility program, CoBank has committed millions of dollars to land grant and other universities throughout the country to:

  • Fund scholarships at schools that enable promising students to study agribusiness, energy, finance, business administration and related disciplines.
  • Endow professorships to support research and instruction in fields of direct interest to our customers, including commodities, energy and agricultural economics.
  • Provide financial support for university centers specifically focused on the study and advancement of cooperatives.

One of our biggest and most important commitments has been in support of the Center for Commodities at the University of Colorado Denver. We have a strong interest in the agricultural and energy commodities markets, and are pleased to support the visionary thinking underway there.

CoBank is proud of all of our investments and looks forward to the benefits they will deliver to rural America in the years and decades to come.
