CoBank celebrates our people along with our differences, diverse backgrounds, perspectives, experiences, skills and our shared success. Understanding, appreciating and embracing our unique characteristics and strengths makes us a better organization and helps us serve our member-owners.
CoBank encourages open, candid communication, rewards the contributions of each individual and allows associates to maximize their potential. Our inclusive community allows our associates to come to work and feel like their differences contribute to business success and feel like they belong.
We work every day to build a safe and inclusive environment for all associates, our customer-owners and our partners. We hold our team members as accountable role models within the Farm Credit System and within the communities where we live and work.

CoBank has eight Associate Resource Groups, designed to elevate individual voices and ideas. The groups coordinate events, volunteer opportunities, and leverage guest speakers to present on important topics. Our ARGs are grounded in the bank’s mission of service to rural America, and we believe these organizations will help to empower and engage our associates and enhance ourselves as an innovative financial services organization.
